Before you had kids, New Year's Eve might have been spent at a party or at a bar, dancing and drinking. Now that you have kids, the celebration changes and becomes low-key. I prefer celebrating New Year's Eve with kids at home. We make plenty of memories.
Christmas is the time for traditions and memories. While presents are fun, the kids remember the traditions for years to come, and as adults, those traditions will stick in their minds. Our family has five favorite Christmas traditions that we look forward to each year.
The human body is fascinating and marvelous. Kids love to learn about the human body and how their bodies work. They love to learn how their arms, legs, and more work! Most kids are very interested in learning about their bodies.
Kids eventually need to learn the continents and countries, and that doesn't have to be as hard as you might think. Geography seems easier for little kids to learn than it is for adults to figure out. They're little sponges after all!
